FAQ

The short version: Near Mint, English, unsleeved, and paid your way: up front, after we count, or in person.

Questions before you sell? Message us on Instagram.

Is there a quick way to count my cards?

Yes. To save time, you can count by the box. An empty Elite Trainer Box (ETB) packed front to back, with no wiggle room, holds about 550 non-holo cards, or about 535 if it’s a mix of holos and reverse holos.

What condition do my cards need to be in?

Near Mint and in English. Anything that isn’t comes out of the count. If you were paid up front, we’ll ask for a refund for those cards. If you’re paid after we count, or you drop off, we only pay for the cards that qualify.

Do I really need to unsleeve everything?

Yes, please. Everything should arrive unsleeved, commons and holos included.

Who pays for shipping?

You do. We don’t cover shipping. Tape your box completely and waterproof it so it doesn’t bust or get wet. If you were paid up front and the box breaks in transit, we’ll ask for a refund for anything lost. If you’re paid after we count, we pay for what arrives. Dropping off? There’s no shipping at all.

When do I get paid?

It depends on how you sell:

  • Ship it, paid up front: we review your quote and pay it by PayPal Goods & Services, then you ship. We count everything when it arrives. If it comes up short, we’ll ask for a refund of the difference.

  • Ship it, paid after we count: you ship first. Once your box arrives and we count it, we pay the counted total by PayPal Friends & Family.

  • Drop it off: we look your cards over with you and pay you by PayPal Friends & Family before you leave.

Which way should I pick?

Paid up front means you’re paid before you ship. Paid after we count means you ship first and get the counted total. Near SeaTac? Drop-off is quickest: you’re paid on the spot.

How does drop-off work?

Drop-offs are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 1:30–5:00 PM, in SeaTac. Pick your time when you submit your quote, at least one day ahead, and we’ll email you the address. Bring your cards unsleeved and your submission ID. We’ll look your cards over and pay you by PayPal Friends & Family before you leave. Need a different time? Change it on the tracker.

A card fits more than one line. Where does it go?

Count it once, in the highest-paying line it fits. A Charizard V goes under “Any Zard,” not also under EX / Mega EX / V / GX.

What happens if my count is off?

We count everything when it arrives. Paid up front: if it comes up short, we’ll ask for a refund of the difference. Paid after we count: we simply pay the counted total. Dropping off: we look your cards over with you, so any difference is settled before you leave.

Do you buy cards in other languages?

Not right now. We only buy English cards.

Can I change or cancel my submission?

You can change a drop-off time any time on the tracker. To change your counts or cancel, just reply to your quote email and we’ll sort it out.

Something isn’t working. What should I do?

Refresh the page. Your counts are saved in this browser, so they’ll still be there. If it still won’t work, try a different browser, or message us on Instagram.

Hi, I’m Chris

Well hey there, brother! Pokémon is my thing. I love it, and it’s what I buy. Got a box of bulk sitting in a closet? Commons, holos, hits or slabs, I want it. I’ve also been collecting Magic: The Gathering cards for over 10 years, and played competitively. Now my team and I hit every card show across the Pacific Northwest, all the way down to Portland. Y’all come see us at the next show.
